Characteristics

The SBF Top 80 EW Decrement 50 Points index is an equity market index created by EURONEXT whose quotation is calculated, kept up to date and published in real time by EURONEXT. It is made up of the 80 main companies of the SBF 120 index, itself composed of the 40 stocks of the CAC 40, the 20 stocks of the CAC Next 20 and the 60 stocks of the CAC Mid 60. The stocks of the SBF Top 80 index EW Decrement 50 Points are equally weighted on each quarterly review date and selected on the basis of their market capitalization as well as the number of securities available on the market.

EARLY REDEMPTION MECHANISM

From year 1 to year 9, on each annual recognition date, as soon as the level of the index is greater than or equal to its level observed on the initial recognition date, an early redemption mechanism is automatically activated and the product stops.

 

The investor then receives on the early redemption date: The entire initial capital + a gain of 10% * per year since the origin.

 

Otherwise, if the level of the index is lower than its level observed on the initial recognition date, the early redemption mechanism is not activated and the product continues.

 

REPAYMENT MECHANISM AT MATURITY

On the final recognition date (10/31/2028), if the early redemption mechanism has not been automatically activated previously, the level of the index is compared to its level observed on the initial recognition date (on 10/31/2018).

 

- FAVORABLE CASE: If the level of the index is greater than or equal to 85% of its level observed on the date of initial recognition, the investor receives 07/11/2028: The entire initial capital + a gain of 10% * per year since origin, a gain of 100% *

- MIDDLE CASE: If the level of the index is less than 85% of its level observed on the date of initial recognition but greater than or equal to 50% of this same level, the investor receives 07/11/2028: L of the initial capital

-ADVERSE CASE: Otherwise, if the index registers a drop of more than 50% compared to its level observed on the date of initial recognition, the investor receives on 07/11/2028: The final value of the index in In this scenario, the investor suffers a capital loss at maturity up to the entire decrease recorded by the index.

It is a debt security presenting a risk of capital loss during its life and at maturity.

 

Its recommended investment period is 10 years.
